2025-26 Winter Trainings for Youth Volleyball (girls and boys):
Skills and Drills:
Thursday evening, hour long trainings, where coaches will focus on specific skill work to develop each player.
The beginners/intermediate groups are the perfect place for those new to learning the skills and the proper techniques. The experienced groups are perfect for those who have played on teams before and understand the basics of the game, yet are still learning to master skills and advanced play. This training is for players wanting to improve on all aspects of the game. Become an accurate passer, gain confidence in serve receive, set consistently to net positions, attack the ball, control the net, and serve consistently to target.
For all our sessions, players will be split according to age and skill levels for maximum results!
Beginners to Intermediate and Experienced players are welcome!
Session 1: Nov 6, 13, 20 and Dec 4, 11, 18
2-3rd grade: 5:30-6:30pm Beginners to Intermediate at YMCA, Experienced at Freedom Elm
4-6th grade: 6:30-7:30pm Beginners to Intermediate at YMCA, Experienced at Freedom Elm
7-12th grade: 7:30-8:30pm Beginners to Intermediate at YMCA, Experienced at Freedom Elm
Session 2: Jan 8, 15, 22, 29 and Feb 5, 12
2-3rd grade: 5:30-6:30pm Beginners to Intermediate at YMCA, Experienced at Freedom Elm
4-6th grade: 6:30-7:30pm Beginners to Intermediate at YMCA, Experienced at Freedom Elm
7-9th grade: 7:30-8:30pm Beginners to Intermediate at YMCA, Experienced at Freedom Elm
Locations: YMCA-Yankee for the beginners and intermediate and for advanced experienced players will go to Freedom Elem.
Cost: $107
The Registration Late Fee of $10.00 will be added beginning Friday, Nov 3, 2025 and Jan 3, 2026.
Positionals are only available to LAVA Club players for the 25-26 season 13-17U.
